By creating an account or using MarginVPS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

MarginVPS provides virtual private server hosting optimized for MetaTrader and other trading platforms, including provisioning, network connectivity, and support.

You are responsible for securing your account credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law.

You may not use MarginVPS services for illegal activity, sending spam, cryptocurrency mining, launching DDoS attacks, or distributing illegal content. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our 14-day money-back guarantee below.

New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment on an annual plan if they are not satisfied with the service. This guarantee applies to Basic, Standard, and Professional VPS plans; Dedicated Server orders are non-refundable once provisioned, since hardware is allocated to your account at setup.

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for the Basic plan and 99.99% for Standard, Professional, and Dedicated Server plans. Service credits are issued as the remedy for any shortfall, per our SLA policy.

MarginVPS is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, or other performance-related damages arising from your use of the service.

You may cancel your service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable use policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
