1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a MarginVPS account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MarginVPS.

2. Services

MarginVPS provides Virtual Private Server hosting optimized for MetaTrader application. Services include VPS provisioning, network connectivity, and technical support as described in your chosen plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity conducted through your VPS
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Keeping your contact and billing information accurate

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use MarginVPS services for:

  • Any activity that violates applicable law
  • Sending spam or conducting phishing attacks
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Storing or distributing illegal content

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate service suspension without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account details. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for accounts that have previously received a refund.

7. Uptime SLA

MarginVPS guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for Basic plans and 99.99% for Pro, Elite, and Institutional plans. In the event of SLA breach, service credits will be applied to your account. SLA credits are the sole remedy for downtime and do not entitle you to a cash refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

MarginVPS is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or damages resulting from service interruptions, latency, or any aspect of VPS performance. VPS services are infrastructure tools — trading outcomes are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. MarginVPS may terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
